y <br /> Bob Hutchinson inquired if the Board of Selectmen is putting an Article on the Warrant to <br /> rescind the vote that Mr. Larkin had approved. Tem"e Cook confirmed that the Selectmen <br /> have not yet taken a position on it. Mr. Hutchinson wants to see the Water <br /> Commissioners elected at the same time as the Selectmen, and others. <br /> Review_of Sullivan Rogqrs Com pang Reports: Joyce Mason confirmed that the firm will <br /> be at the Selectmen's meeting on August 6, 2007, at :00 p.m. Ibis. Mason also confirmed <br /> for Bill Johnson that the reports are available for the Town. Mr. Johnson believes in <br /> disclosure and finds the reports to be meaningful. There was discussion amongst Joyce <br /> Mason, Bill Johnson, Bob Hutchinson and Chuck Gasior regarding the Management <br /> Letter comments and issues. <br /> New Business* Tbree Year Projection of School Enrollment: Ann Bradshaw <br /> discussed enrollment projection in her Power Point presentation. Ms. Bradshaw feels <br /> confident that the enrollment will remain stable. The budget is projected to increase and <br /> enrollment is expected to stay stable, or slightly decline. There was brief discussion <br /> between Bill Johnson and Ms. Bradshaw arra further clarification of Ms. radsha v's <br /> projection chart. <br /> ATFL Dues: {There was discussion amongst Bill Johnson, Chris Avis and Joyce Mason <br /> and reconfirmation on when they are due. <br /> V, Liaison Updates. Sandra Lindsey surnmarized her meeting with Marilyn Farren, <br /> Human Resources,on July 16,2007. Currently there are one hundred eighty(180) <br /> employees, thirty 3 non standard, and eighty o active employees. 1n The upcoming <br /> three 3 year projection, there is a need for a full time benefits coordinator and expansion <br /> of the Human Resources/Personnel ersonnel Department. The need for a benefits coordinator is <br /> partly a result of the requirements of coordinating the benefits of the Torn's retirees. <br /> There was further discussion on giving the department a name which best descr*bes its <br /> f netions. Currently twenty two 22 department heads report to the Town Manager, and <br /> there was discussion regarding possible restructuring to reduce the amount of direct <br /> reports to Ms. Mason. Chuck Gasior requested that a copy of the new organizational chart <br /> also be given to the Finance Committee upon its completion. <br /> V1. Inion to Adiourn. Bill Johnson moved to adjourn.
