Christopher Aviseconded the motion. <br /> The motion was unanimously approved (5-0). <br /> Christopher Arris made a motion that the minutes from the 9110112 Finance Committee Pubic <br /> Session be approved as presented. Theresa Cook seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> approved (4-0; Mark Davini abstained; absent from the meeting). <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> oS Liaison Comment — Mone <br /> • Transfer Requests <br /> (1) Joyce Mason requested a transfer of up to $6000 from the reserve account to corer the cost of <br /> Sullivan & Rogers audit prior to the appointment of a new Town Treasurer. <br /> Mark Davini made a motion that the Finance Committee approve the transfer of up to $6000 from <br /> the reserve account to cover the cost of a Sullivan & Rogers audit, prior to the - <br /> arppointrnent of a new Town Treasurer.
