Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William. A. Blaisdell, Scott <br /> Goldstein,and Associate Members,Brad Pittsiey,Norman J. Gould,and Sharon Sangeleer <br /> were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 31 Amy Brown Road: Petitioner, Edward Coffey requests an Appeal of the Building <br /> Commissioner's Decision to deem lot buildable for purposes of residential development <br /> under M.G.L. 40A §§ 8 and 15 on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 109 <br /> Parcel 5, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Joseph M. Biknaitis.) Continued from March <br /> 28, 2018 hearings. <br /> 31 Amy_Brown Road: Petitioner, Edward Coffey requests a Variance under §17431, <br /> (Land Space Requirements), §174-32, (Fire Protection), and §174-33 (Setback fiorn <br /> wetlands (coastal bank) to allow for construction of a single-family residence on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 109 Parcel 5), Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Joseph M. Biknaitis). Continued from March 28, 2018 hearings. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represents Ed Coffey in connection with the proposed relief. At <br /> the last hearing the Board, the Fire Department raised an issue with the objection of the <br /> relief that is being requested. As indicated over the course of the meeting, his client has <br /> met with Fire Chief. The Chief visited the site and submitted a letter to the Board <br /> withdrawing the objection that he had because of the improvements that are in the process <br /> of being undertaken. The pruning has been done,the paving will be following,and believes <br /> that the Chief is satisfied with what is being proposed addresses the concerns that he raised <br /> in his letter. <br /> Attorney Kirrane is prepared to withdraw the appeal to the Building Commissioner's <br /> determination and proceed on the basis of the Variance relief that is requested. <br /> Board Member, Scott Goldstein read the letter submitted by Fire Chief Rullo dated April <br /> 4, 2018 into the record. <br /> Chairman Furbush commented that this Road will not became a Town Road. <br /> MASHPEE TOWN CLERK <br /> APR 2 7 201$ 1 <br /> RECEIVED BY <br />
