In phase I of the project proposal, the pre-engineered <br /> building would be constructed as temporary housing. The use of <br /> trailers are considered for administrative offices. <br /> Scheme B is designed as new construction. The layout is <br /> configured to face the south side of the property. It is similar <br /> to the configuration of Scheme A,but it does not require temporary <br /> _living quarters. <br /> May indicated that he is scheduled to meet with the cost estimating <br /> firm of D.G. Jones& Partners to review conceptual cost estimates for <br /> each proposed scheme. <br /> Chief Baker requested the architect remit a conceptual level cost estimate <br /> for the design schemes as presented to include the design option of <br /> incorporating the additional reserve response vehicle storage facility <br /> as part of the existing layout,and as a separate building option in each of the <br /> schematic design proposals. <br /> The conceptual level cost estimate will he presented to the committee at <br /> the neat scheduled meeting.
