Owner Furnished Items: <br /> The Director of Public Works will be consulted with respect to <br /> site work to be assumed by the Owner. Work includes sub-grade <br /> preparation and paving. A schedule will be established for work to <br /> be assumed by the Town. <br /> 7. Contract Changes and Clarification: <br /> Previously discussed. <br /> . Public relations: <br /> Standen Contracting Company indicated that they are available to the <br /> Town and to the Architect. Considerations will be made Vnh regards <br /> to the entrance driveway which is also shared by the Police Department. <br /> There will be ample notice if the front entrance is to be impeded. A beep <br /> left sign marked with highway cones will be considered to conform to <br /> safety requirements and traffic flow. A temporary parking area will be <br /> designated for employee and public parting. Contractor pasting both long <br /> and short term will also be specified. Delivery areas will also be depicted <br /> on the subject site location. <br /> . Building Iernit: <br /> The Building Inspector requested that sets of full size blue print <br /> documents stamped and sealed be submitted to his office. In addition, 1 <br /> reduced set of final completion documents a -builts shall also e" <br /> remitted to his office for long terra filing purposes. In total,the <br /> Construction Control document, 780 CMR Narrative and Blue n'nts are <br /> required for permitting. Upon submission of the requested documentation, <br /> the:building Inspector indicated that he would issue the building permit <br /> for the project proposal in approximately one-month. <br />
