Fire Station Building Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> March 2' , 2000 <br /> Inspector ofuildin <br /> Bill Hauck, Inspector of Building is presently reviewing documentation <br /> relative to plans and specifications for permitting poses. <br /> It was noted that the plan does not meet.the required number of <br /> parting spaces for zoning. A variance is needed based upon the use <br /> of the administrative portion of the building, The issue will not defer <br /> the Building Inspector's approval of the building permit application, <br /> Pavment Requisition: <br /> The Committee reviewed a payment requisition from the Wallace <br /> Floyd Design Group. The invoice exhibited the sum $1,400 <br /> s Addendum #1 to Bair State Reprographics for plans and specifications. <br /> The natter was held for additional review. It was noted that the <br /> conceptual design figure reflected a soft cost bidding expense estimate of <br /> $7,500. The addenda was an original contract error and the responsibility <br /> of the project engineering firm. <br /> Other Business; <br /> It was noted that the project engineers also neglected to include the <br /> wiring of all circuits for the installation ofthe new generator. <br /> The issue will be reviewed with the architect. <br /> Next Scheduled Meetin : <br /> Ground Breaking Ceremony--To he announced. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Motion made by Dr. Petti to adjourn at 1:30 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Baker. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -0. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
