`i <br /> 2 <br /> Fire Station Building Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> November 28, 2001 <br /> Lawrence Lynch Corporation- $43607.23: <br /> Asphalt Paving <br /> The above referenced invoice for payment was deferred at this time, <br /> The Director of Public Works will be consulted with respect to the Town's <br /> assumption of site restoration and preparation for asphalt paving <br /> conditions for fiscal year 2002. <br /> It was noted that the final coat of asphalt related to the Fire and police <br /> Department complex is anticipated to be contained in the FY03 budget of <br /> the Department of Public Works. Asphalt work would also include the <br /> rear portion of the Fixe Department and two catch basins. <br /> Review of Punch Dist: <br /> The Fire Station Building Committee reviewed the final punch list items <br /> related to the project scope with the Clerk of the Works. The following <br /> issues are considered outstanding; <br /> Sprinkler System—To be approved in testing phases <br /> HVAC—Air Conditioner <br /> Architectural Engineers, Inc., (AEI) is expected to document and present <br /> written specifications to Standen and the installer,, orri's H. 'Tripp Co. <br /> relative to the repair and maintenance'othe entire HVAC system, It was <br /> noted that the design team accepted the HVAC submittal which exceeded <br /> original specification requirements. <br /> Final Cleaning of Building—Interior and Exterior <br /> Manuals—Repair/Maintenance/Service on All Equipment <br /> Painting— Some areas not matching <br /> Air Conditioner Pipe Insulation—Not Complete <br /> F lymo ent—Track Not Complete <br /> Await direction from WFDG <br /> Garage Floor— Tot Cleaned <br />
