"l <br /> 3 <br /> Fire Station uildmng Committee <br /> Minute <br /> November 28, 2001 <br /> Review of Punch List: (continued) <br /> Lighting Protection System—It Complete <br /> To review contract specifications <br /> Garage Door—Final Caulking Insulation <br /> Rear Entry Door—Not working Properly <br /> Correspondence was received from Russell wheeler, Building Inspector <br /> relative to the amp receptacles located in the apparatus bay. The matter <br /> appears to be a code issue. The Building Inspector has indicated that h <br /> would not issue an occupancy permit until this natter is corrected. It was <br /> noted that Mr. wheeler's response was forwarded to the architect. <br /> Authorization to Increase Line Painting: <br /> Initial approval- $300 <br /> Outside Perimeter—Apparatus Bay Floors <br /> Work shall include double cross safety lines and necessary solid yellow <br /> lines from the front apron to the rear apron as recommended for safety. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Baker to approve the increase of the Line <br /> Painting budget by$250 to reflect a sum not to exceed $550. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. weznlal <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Rescind Chan e Order## - $7 70.1 <br /> Work has been completed by Town's vendor. <br /> Funds derived from Building and Grounds Account. <br /> Lotion made by Mr.Baker to rescind Change Order##7 . <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. WezniaL <br /> VOTE; Unanimous. <br />
