All were in favor of the three (3) <br /> changes to this bylaw. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read bylaw §174- 5 I (9) Fixed and floating piers. The Board revised the <br /> following to read as follows; second line down, add the words "shall tae's subject to,fourth <br /> line down; change the word "`Fixed" to "fixed" (lower case f), line five down, remove the <br /> word,""the", to read "across coastal.., line eight down, add a period after "Conservation <br /> Commission.'' add new sentence*to read; "The Conservation Commission will "review" <br /> (remove the word`grant")and add the wards"any proposed",line oxine down,add a period <br /> after the words"year-round."Remove the word"only",capitalize the word"After'�holding <br /> a hearing, line eleven down insert a"corrna(,)" remove the semi-colon (;) after the word <br /> "Harbormaster," line thirteen down insert a "Period" after the word "land}.
