Fordham, Freinds Absent : A. Swenson - due to illness II Minutes : A correction in the November 14 minutes was noted on page 2 . Mrs . Kingsley reported on Federal Bi-11 HR 4139 and not Mrs . Selander. The minutes were approved as corrected, III R. . ._ rt Librarian : The report accepted. A question was raised regarding comparison on Mashpee ' s circulation with other libraries in towns of similar size . The informat ion might no t b e readi ly comp a rab le because of differences in number of volumes , hours , etc . , but Mrs . Kingsley will check into this after the first of the year . Friends : P'l.ans for the afghan raffle have been sot aside for the present ; but another raffle of several items will go ahead after the first of the year. The Friends will continue to cooperate with the Trustees and the Building Committee . BuildingCommittee : The committee continues working with the architect , Phase III has been completed as shown by the drawings posted on the board. The Sub-Committee on Equipment and Fur'nis Ings will meet with Mr . Dean after the first of the year. Iv Corre ondence : A bill for was in band for water leak repairs . new valve had to be placed . The heat was turned off . and the building closed until. - the repo i could be made . The security alarm had to be replaced . When the bill is received it will be the torn responsibility . V Old Business Mini ra h Machine : Mrs . Kingsley and Mrs . Selander picked up the mini graph machine and 4 ,500 stencils from the Andover Public Library , as authorized by the Trustees on September 19 . (Samples of stencils and cards attached to file copy of these minutes . ) Re-Paving of Parkin Lot : A memorandum was received by the Librarian from the Highway 'Superintendent indicating that there are no funds in the Building and Grounds -account to share the cost , a he had previously indicated .
