F Library Trustees December 12 , 1983 page Discussion brought out that . requests to Capital Planning must be for over $10 ,000 it would beunwise to use the $1 ,000 In the LibraryRenova- tion Fund for re-paving , since there- may be unexpected needs during the winter for use of these monies $2 ,000 could be requested at ,'the February Special. Town Meeting; or that amount placed in the budget for the May Town Meeting It was moved by B . Towner and seconded by A. Fitzgerald that the Trustees proceed to glace an article in the warrant for the February 27 Special Town Meeting for paving the Library parking lot . This motion was unanimously voted. Mrs . Kingsley will tai.k with fir. Virgilio and ask him to submit , in writing , a cost estimate . If the deadline for submitting the article for the warrant is before the next meeting of the Trustees , Mrs .. Selan er will telephone poll the members for appoval. (Dote : If such a telephone poll is necessary the results will be included in the minutes of the January 9 meeting. Library/School Relations : Mr' s . Kingsley talked with a few librarians from other towns and found out that not toe much is being done between the schools and the public libraries . During the Children ' s hook.
