" SectionII - change to read : "The election of officers shall be held at the time of the regular meeting in June . " (NOTE : Cheek, to be made with Chapter 7 Mass . Lags t find out if it i necessary to have an Annual Meeting. ) e Article VII Committees '- Section II : Delete the word 11w .t ten" before "progress report . " f) Article VIII General - Section II : The word it proposed" to be inserted before the word "action" and read "to the meeting at which such proposed action is to be taken . Section III : Delete the words "shall bei' before "present shall so approve. " B. Memorial Fend : The librarian reported that five boos and a set of the World Book Encyclopedia 1984 have been purchased in memory of Marjorie Sturtevant . 1 New Business A. Discussion of Library Rules and Regulations : Trustees were asked to review' two documents distributed : (1) "Dealing with Concerns About- Library Resources , " ' esounces , " ' Brom the E LS ; and ""Library Ryles and Regulations' prepared by the Librarian , and be ready for discussion at the September meeting in preparation for drawing a set of regulations for the library * B Trustee membership.s in the MLTA have been paid. C.
