Towner <br /> A. Rockwood D. Kingsley , Librarian <br /> II MINUTES <br /> The minutes of December 4 were approved . <br /> III REPORTS <br /> A. Librarian : The Librarian ' s report was accepted. A suggestion <br /> was made that some publicity be given to show a comparison of <br /> increased circulation between 1983 and 1984 , and the increase <br /> over the past five years . <br /> B . Friends : Mrs . Fordham was not present , but a brief report was <br /> made at her request by A . FitzGerald on the meeting with <br /> William McClennan , a fund-raiser . It seemed wise to wait <br /> until after the May Town meeting to make any decisions on thi <br /> C. Building Committee : The last committee meeting discussed corr <br /> pondence with the Board of Library Commissioners and the Mash <br /> Board of Health . Final decision was made that no grease trap <br /> will be needed in the kitchen ; and the library will have its <br /> own well , rather than tie-in with water. supply - already in <br /> existence . Mr . Murphy talked with the Chairman of the Capita <br /> Planning Committee , and the latter has a more favorable attit <br /> in regard to the newbuilding than previously . <br /> IV OLD BUSINESS <br /> A. Library Budget 1985-1986 <br /> The subcommittee of D . Kingsley and 0 . Robertson reviewed the <br /> last budget which does not seem adequate for 1986 . No budget <br /> estimates can be made on salaries and wages , until further <br /> information has been received regarding whether step increase: <br /> will be made . <br /> The following tentative expense budget was proposed: <br />
