The minigraph is in this <br /> category , along with a considerable quanity of un-used <br /> minigraph supplies . Mrs . Kingsley will follow through on <br /> way to dispose of the machine . <br /> . <br /> Do& Tag Monies : An article has been submitted for the May <br /> meeting warrant - about $400 , which is less than last year . <br /> Utility Bills : It was unanimously agreed to submit an <br /> article for the special. Town Meeting warrant "to raise and <br /> appropriate" monies to cover unpaid utility bills . The <br /> amount is in the neighborhood of $800 . <br /> lei intenance for T e writer : The typewriter maintenance <br /> should be provided for in future budgets . At present it is <br /> budgeted through June 30 . firs . Kingsley will check with <br /> Town Counsel to determine if we can "purchase" a maintenance <br /> contract . <br /> Insurance Protct,ion for Librarian : The matter of the <br /> librarian ' s use of her personal auto in connection with <br /> library business was discussed . There was consensus that <br /> she should have insurance protection , and whether or not <br /> such protection is covered by workmen ' s compensation or <br /> otherwise was not clear , Mrs . Kingsley will get further <br /> information and report b ck @ <br /> Librarian Is Contract : The librarian ' s contract will be <br /> on the agenda for e April meeting . three-year contract <br /> has been previously discussed . However , in light of the <br /> proposals for a new building, there may be significant <br /> charges in hours and services , and a long-term contract <br /> right now may not be wise . There was agreement that the <br /> up-coming contract should be a one-year contract . The <br /> matter will be more fully discussed in April . <br /> i <br />
