LONGEVITY <br /> Contract: --- <br /> PAP: 1 , Any full-tune employee, who has serv6d the requisite number of years <br /> of service as set forth below shall be compensated for longevity pay <br /> as follows : <br /> a . After five continuous full-tame. years of seriric , $150 . <br /> . After ten ( 1 0 ) continuous full-time years of service , $225 . <br /> . After fifteen 1 continuous full-time years of service , $300 . <br /> d . After twenty continuous full-time years of service , $375 . <br /> e . After twenty-fivre ( continuous full-time years f of service , <br /> 2 . Any part-time employee who has worked as a► continuous part-tune <br /> employee with the Town and then becomes a full-time employee will <br /> be given credit- for half the years of part-time service on a pro- <br /> rated basis and shall be compensated for longevity pay as outlined <br /> in Section I provided he has served the requisite number of years <br /> of service . <br /> 3 . Longevity pay shall be based upon the number of years of full-time <br /> service as determined by an employee ' s anniversary date of employ- <br /> ment and shall b.e paid to employees on their anniversary mate of <br /> employment . <br /> .
