STAFFER <br /> M, MARSH <br /> II MINUTES OF PREIGUS MEETING: <br /> Corrections of Minutes of August 9, 1994 : Spelling of <br /> C. Hawver corrected. Spelling of Terri Horde corrected, <br /> Minutes of August 9j 1994 accepted as corrected# <br /> III REPORTS: <br /> A. Librarian: H. DeFoe reported that this was the busiest <br /> month the i ashpee Library has ever had. Circulation <br /> was 10, 054 items, Mashpee Interloan rate increased by <br /> 3, 000 . <br /> B# Friends of the Library: T. Hyde reported that through <br /> the ne rs letter, $1275. 00 carne in in dues; there were <br /> two $100 donations, and two $50 ,00 donations . This <br /> month' s book sale netted $65, 00; the mini sale, $45. 00 , <br /> a total of $1, 385. <br /> Terri added that the library was going to have a wonder <br /> - <br /> ulP ro ram this month: Mimi harsh and her daughter will <br /> resent a musical meeting on September 27th at 7 :00 p# m# <br /> Iv COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Helene reported on the grant the library was due tore-- <br /> ive five years ago; Notification came through that the <br /> librar would receive the second and final payment, aount- <br /> irr to $33,652 , This was earmarked for capital improve- <br /> ments. The first payment received had been deposited in a <br /> s ec .al account. 0. Robertson stated that she felt that <br /> P <br /> by <br /> next month' s board meeting, Helene and she would have <br /> consideration for spending the grant to present to the <br /> trustees. <br /> V BUSINESS FROM PREVIOUS MEET II G : <br /> A. Behavior Policy : This behavior policy was based upon the <br /> +� Po �� <br /> policy adopted the Hyannis Public Library. The final <br /> P <br /> ver <br /> ion had been mailed to trustees for their review and <br /> approval, Additional- recommendations and changes were <br /> discussed., <br />
