He has already completed the evaluation, and he . and. Helen discussed it after- wards . Helen passed around . copies of Helene ' , evaluation for the trustees ' review: As Teri brought up the fact that the change in- library hours should bie changed on -the book-marks and . t-he -bulletin. David suggested that he would change the hours on the Cable Tv. Be Postcard mailings : David had some feed-bac-k from some towns- people re. having a sp cif is 'message on - the ..post-card vs . an informational thing .. With our, next batch , we should step up our public awareness , , the mailing that goes out will b a bit more informative : "We are growing" , "Within the next two years , we would life t , etc . ' , "Here' s our message, etc . David advised relative to the mailings , bulk mall -e to do - with zip code. He suggested that he will inquire re. - if these are all going to� 02649 , as opposed to scatter-shot across Mass. If we - get a permit , the postage will be . 14 instead .of . 20. David will investigate this possibility. David, also suggested that there should be in the medium term future, where the Friends have a phone number with an animated phone - message. David explained that he would be. pleased to prepare the recording . Helene explained .that .the' f eed-back she had received from the first batch of -mailings ,- people were looking for a phone number .
