III REPORTS : 1 * Library Director I i Helene read a letter to the meeting she had written to the editor relative to some inaccuracies and incomplete information relative to the library ' s expansion program which had appeared in THE ENTERPRISE on January 12 , 2001 . The article discussed the growth in the project since November . The figures cited in the art isle were from I November 19992 not November 20008 These projections I proceeded performance of the library feasibility study . David stated that he would call Janice Walford tomorrow as a follow-up . Helene passed to the meeting her only copy of the grant application for their review. David explained that there had been some staff illness problems during the past week. At best the library was understaffed . With the preparation of the grant applica- tion and preparation of the regular yearly budget , Helene has had a great deal on her plate. David wanted to ac- , knowledge individually, and for the board of trustees , that they wished to post a letter in Helene ' s personnel file relative to the above . David asked for a motion for a letter which David will draft as the chairman, and may be have the board ' s permission to sign that letter as the chairman of the board of trustees , with a copy to Bob Whritenourib So moved .
