This was the final family prograrn as part of the Connecting Cultures grant project, Storyteller, Sara .Jacobson told multicultural tales to an audience of21. The official l icl -off evefit for our fall programmm* g was a return.visit from" veryone's Favorite Purple Dinosaur'. Fortunately, we had beautiful weather and Barney entertained an audience of 78 on the lawn of the library. Our fall session of story times began in mid-September. Kathleen is again running Babies on Board Books and Toddle Time. we haven't had any participation for Babies; however, the Upper Cape Family Network is promoting it. Attendance ahs been as follows: Sept. 17"' Toddle Time l 24 Toddle Time 11 1 Sept. 20 Toddle Time f 29 Toddle Time fl 9 Sept. 17" Babies on Board Books o Sept. 24` Babies on Board Books o Preschool Story Hour began on Sept. 28hwith an attendance of 14 children. Our quarterlymeet' f t the Upper Ca Family Network was scheduled for Sept. 11"'at � p p y Otis. It was postponed to October. Our first Roundtable Meeting for this year was held on Sept. 21 here at-the i lashpee Public Library. Katie Baxter was able to join us and share information from SNILS. We also discussed a tribute for Phyllis Eastwood,the upcoming Family Literacy Bert, new book titles, and Summer Reading Program successes and failures. I attended the monthly Mashpee Community Partnership Council Meeting o Sept. 24t. The new coordinator, Deborah Davis was introduced, On Sept. 2 1 conducted a training Workshop for the Community Partnership here at the library.
