MEE'T'ING Minutes of August 21, 2001 meeting were accepted as corrected. For the record: The meeting which had been scheduled, for September 11, 2001 was cancelled due to the "Attack on America" III REPORTS : A. Library Director - Helene DeFe : A copy of the :�1hrary director' s report is attached for your information. Helene reviewed and explained her report of+ September 2001. It has cope to Helene l s attention that the library was . apparently under-insured, taking into' account the replace- ment co8t of the collection. . Helene has leen working on preparing a detailed inventory to dehmonstrate that and to convince the Town to increase the insurance :k-4overage on the building and contents , B, Children' s Librarian: - Janet Burke :: Attached is Janet Burke' s report to Ike''lene dated G-7toher 1, 2001 for your info-rnat-ion.
