(Copies of both reports are attached to the printed minutes). <br /> Helene informed the Board that she just started to get training on report generation ofd`the CLAMS <br /> system. Helene noted that a truer i ire'of Mashpee Library activity is reflected in the reports,plus <br /> comparative data is available of Mashpee Library activity versus other libraries. She provided copies <br /> of the Circulation Activity report generated for the Sep 02-Dec 02 timeframe and it was reviewed and <br /> discussed in detail. Suggestion: Provide legend for Location codes. Helene will d6 this. <br /> Old Business <br /> Helene advised that she and Kevin Connolly met with the CIP Committee. In view of the estimated <br /> high cost of temporarily housing the Library when relocating, the question was asked:ed: Could we go <br /> into trailers` Another thought: Use the Senior Center. <br /> Helene confirmed that she met with Joyce Mason last week on the opera*g budget.
