Sponsors include those listed in the attached flyer plus <br /> Poland Springs, Roche Bros., Stop& Shop, Smitty's Ice Cream, Ocean Spray, and Mrs. Smith's. <br /> Community Police Officer will be crossing the walkers. <br /> Notice is on Cape Cod Chamber Website; Ted will place in Mashpee Chamber Newsletter; Stephanie <br /> Viva from 96.3 the Rose will participate in the walk and she and,3 others from radio stations will <br /> promote the event. Also,Heather will add the Walk to Cape&islands.org everts listing. <br /> Will get 125 T-Shirts to be given to first 125 registrants. <br /> Will have a banner made. <br /> There was a logo contest held. <br /> Kresge Grant...Financial data submitted. . <br /> Peabody Foundation...Application for more than $1-Million sent, <br /> Fundraising Committee <br /> David stated that a Fundraising Committee needs to be formed. Committee should be comprised of 7 or <br /> members. David said that Monsignor Tosti expressed an interest in serving on this Committee. <br /> Library Newsletter <br /> David and the Trustees congratulated Nancy Stafford on the great job with the Newsletter entitled"the <br /> Preface". Nancy thanked them and noted this was a team effort. The Trustees appreciate the team effort but <br /> stressed the Editor should be identified. A copy of the Newsletter is attached to the printed set of these <br /> minutes. <br /> New Business <br /> Nancy Soderberg asked what the relationship will be between the Library Building Committee and the new <br /> Town Building Committee.
