Ad Hoc Committee a ort-t continued Carlo asked Trustee members to e-mail their thoughts and input to him. ]avid added that since they're not voting on it the input could be e-nulled to all Trustees for everyone to think about. David stated no action was going to be taken on this draft tonight. it is to be reviewed and voted on at next month's Trustee meeting when hopefully Selectmen Cook will be in attendance. Heather Lakatos mentioned Heather Harper, Assistant Town Administrator of Falmouth, is a Ma.shpee resident and has responsibility for the Falmouth project. If Heather Harper would cone and give input that would be beneficial to educate the public: The Trustees wholeheartedly agreed with this. Carlo said it is important to make it a policy of this Board as to what we're going to do this next year to get the Library going. Carlo said the Town is going to have to step up and be part,of the solution. One question: When will grant cone through? This is important because that's when the clock starts ticking for steps Haat must be clone. -Mail Database...Ann MacDonald-Dailey informed the Trustees that Yvonne Courtney is willing to help us maintain e-mail addresses, which she has for New Sabury Women's Club. In addition Deb Gaslor has list of about 400 names from Mashpee Women's Club and she's going to give that file to Yvonne Courtney. Meetin Attendance via Conference Cat Ann MacDonald-Dailey said she will work on this to ascertain whether conference call on the phone can be used for participating in Trustee meeting when away and not here to be at the meeting.
