It is our recommendation that the following conditions be satisfied: three proposals being considered, the 21,343 SF library, a �. if the � mai be reduced by 5%, beapproved if the amount of additional Town fundi required is equal to or less than the amounts required for either of the 15,500 SF libraries under consideration. 2.
