I IASHPEE CABLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> IMITTEE <br /> MINUTES April 8, 1999 <br /> PRESENT: Andrew Eli n, Chairperson, Ed Deusser, Jim Chisholm, Joe � <br /> D ll galaw, L litar McCr y <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Mary O'Keefe <br /> ABSENT: Douglas Young, Leer Schwartz <br /> CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order in the Selectmen's meeting <br /> room at Town Hall at 7:36 p.m. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> memo was received from the Torn Clerk, Deborah Dani, requesting channel <br /> 8 be exchanged with channel 98. Mr. Eliason corresponded with all members <br /> via email or phone, and all committee members agreed to the change. The <br /> change will be effectiveJune V. <br /> Mr. Eliason distributed the results f the survey. <br /> Mr. Eliason distributed a copy of ar letter he sent to Torn Administrator, Robert. <br /> Whitenour (sae attached). <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Eliason introduced the two newest rremb r of the committee. <br /> Lolita McCray: Mrs. McCrary was employed by the Commonwealth f <br /> Massachusetts for thirty-five years. She worked in the Transportation and <br /> Construction Department. She was also the Secretary of the Public <br /> Works Commission and has experience with contract negotiation. Mrs. <br /> McCrary is concerned with the affect cable will have on the consumer and <br /> with rate increases. <br /> Joe Dellagala: Mr. Dell g lay was employed in the technology industry. <br /> He has experience ars a plant manager and ar project engineer. He is the <br /> chairman of Triad (Seniors Helping Seniors), and was also n the <br /> personnel board for the Tern of Ilahpee. Mr. Dellagala is concerned for <br /> seniors and wants to assist them in obtaining discounts as other seniors <br /> receive in other Cape tern . <br />
