MASHPEE CABLE TELEVISION
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
April 10, 2001
Attendance: Andrew Eliason, Jim Chisholm, Marjorie Katsoulis.
Guest in Attendance: Mary O'Keeffe of AT&T Broadband, Manager of
Government Affairs.
Chairperson, Andrew Eliason brought the meeting to order at 3:10
p.m.
Board Secretary, Lori Corsi took over the minutes from Marjorie Katsoulis
when she arrived at 3:30 due to miscommunication from the personnel office
as to where the meeting was to be held. Jim Chisholm agreed to withdraw his second the motion. The
committee deems the motion to be voided. Mr. Eliason stated that this
should take care of the problem and Joyce Mason should "cut the check".
Mary O'Keeffe: Ms. O'Keeffe raises the issue of a price increase since this
purchase was originally agreed upon. Generally, when quoted a price it is
only valid for approximately 30 days. She could not guarantee there would
not be a price increase. Jim Chisholm suggested allowing a $2,000 margin
for inflation. Andrew Eliason suggests a 10% cap on the original
