TO Wav M H E� <br /> Mashpee Cable Advisory Technology Board <br /> UG AUG 12 AM C'+' 7 <br /> Meeting Date: June 18, 2002 ---Minutes <br /> Present:- Andrew Eliason,, Chairman <br /> Lolita McCray <br /> James Chisholm <br /> In Attendance:- Joyce Mason, Town Administrator <br /> Maurice Cooper, Mashpee Chief of Police <br /> Albert Todino,, Deputy Chief of Police <br /> Ernest Virgilio, Mashpee Civil Defense Director <br /> Meetm` g was called to order by Chairman Eliason at 3:12 PM. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall. Motion to accept minutes of May 14,2002 <br /> was deferred because of unexpected termination of secretary due to � <br /> budget cuts. A motion was moved by James Chisholm to reinstate <br /> the secretary and provide funding from Media Access Account <br /> #1951. Motion was seconded by Lolita McCray. <br /> William Shea is to be contacted regarding console and other related <br /> matters pertaining to the TV Control Room located on the first <br /> floor meeting room. Also upgrade microphone system for <br /> selectmen's meetings regarding the "4n Air System". <br /> A Web Site that would interlink town sites was discussed. An <br /> account to be setup and reimbursed at cost by the committee not to <br /> accede more that $300.00. A motion was made by James <br /> Chisholm and seconded by Lolita McCray. <br /> A newsletter for the Cable TV Advisory Committee to the Seniors <br /> stating that classes for videographers to make videos of Town <br /> Meetings', committee meetings and special events in the town of <br /> Mashpee. Special training classes would be held at the Senior <br />
