Center. No experience necessary. Motion was made by James <br /> Chisholm and seconded by Lolita McCray. <br /> A discussion by Chief Cooper regarding needs of a Technical <br /> Studio and Equipment for Training films and other related matters <br /> was discussed at length. He was made aware of the technical <br /> assistance that can be accomplished through the Cable Advisory <br /> Committee. He was asked to submit information at the July <br /> meeting as to what the needs of the department entails. <br /> Mashpee Civil Defense Director, Ernest Virgilio was also made <br /> aware of the Mashpee Television Channel thai4%le put into <br /> emergency mode to notify the public of any emergency situation <br /> i <br /> that might arise and that the public needs to be informed of <br /> immediately. (Such as hurricanes, floods, closing of bridges etc.) <br /> Mary O'Keefe of AT&T will be contacted regarding an emergency <br /> notification crawler that can be installed at the bottom of the <br /> television screen. <br /> Also technical assistance through Bob Fenstemaker to run <br /> informational video provided by Ernest Virgilio, as to what action <br /> to take during an emergency situation and other matters related to <br /> Emergency Alerts. <br /> Interlinking of all Mashpee Town Departments to Coordinate <br /> Emergency Situations and Information. <br /> A motion to adjourn was made by James Chisholm and seconded <br /> by Lolita McCray.
