Reid,Mashpee Police Departin nt <br /> *Had to leave shortly after start of meeting. <br /> Mr. Elia on brought the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. and started by stating the name of <br /> this Board is "Mashpee Cable and Advanced Technology Advisory Board'"(MCAT), <br /> Mr. Ellason advised that Jinn Chisholm not at the meeting; unfortunately he has been <br /> hospitalized for a few days. No formal agenda for today because he hasn't beard hack <br /> from all departments regarding expenditure of funds. Recently we've spent around <br /> $160,,000 for various projects; a lot of those P.O.'s are in-limbo. <br /> Bill Shea...Presented a list of purchases thus far. Afterwards he'll need some cables. He <br /> has some on hand but will need more. At this point spent$17,300 of the $25,000 budget. <br /> Only thing remaining is labor from people installing the cameras. Received 2 bids: <br />
