Jing Chisholm motioned accept the minutes of June 1 a corrected; .olita McCray seconded this notion; and it was unanimously passed. School Committee..Melissa Murphy,Patricia Parolski, and Terri Cook introduced themselves to the Board. Andy Efiason offered his suggested items to be referred to the Selectmen to get the Selectmen comments or questions. He reiterated that the Cable Advisory Board is a recommending committee, not an approving authority. A copy of the suggested item list prepared by Andy is attached to the printed set of these minutes. ''here was a lengthy discussion on the suggested items,which included the following: • Patricia Parolski stated they're going to look into DVDNCR combo machines, • When asked for her input,Joyce identified which suggested items would fall under the Advisory Board's finding and which should be considered operating budget items. Joyce reminded everyone that we should look at -year plan for the Town,n, rather than proposals submitted piecemeal. 'technology fund should be used for technology. Look at the whole picture. When asked if any of these items had been submitted to School Board, 'erne Cook said they all had been submitted and rejected by the School Board due to lack of budget funds.
