Lolita McCray seconded the motion; and it <br /> was unanimously passed. <br /> Motion: Jinn Chisholm motioned we recommend to the Board of Selectmen approval for items <br /> and 5 on the suggested list amounting to $7,857. Lolita McCray seconded the motion; and It <br /> was unanimously passed. <br /> $18J27 is the grand total of the recommendations. Further it was stated that items 2, 6 and 7 should <br /> go into the school'operating budget and not be referred back to the Cable,advisory Board in the <br /> future. - <br /> The Cable Advisory Board is going to hold one of their future meetings at the school to review <br /> what's been done. Andy will schedule with Melissa. <br /> police Department...Al Todino and Scott Halligan (Police Department),and Chief Baker(Fire <br /> Department) gave an update on what's been done with the funds this far. On August 21 they'll be <br /> doing training and running the Reverse 911 system. Mike Bailey of the Mashpee Enterprise is going <br /> to be present at the August 21 session. When the system is up and running PR will be released. <br /> Following discussion of the Police Department's request for fundi .g for the dispatch console project, <br /> it was decided that Al and Scott will review the request because they are certain they can eliminate <br /> some of the costs as non-technology type and they will resubmit the Police Department request at the <br /> September 9 Cable Advisory Board Meeting. <br /> Old Business....Jim recommended the Board put a hiatus on dispersing funds until we review <br /> updated balance sheet. <br /> Bill Shea... ill advised that he tracked his time over the last two months and it averaged 10 hours <br /> per month. <br /> Motion: Jinn Cbisholm motioned we set aside $4500. for Bill Shea, retroactive to June 1",for <br /> supervision and maintenance of the system.
