1,14,L)WN <br /> :, �# <br /> BLE C . <br /> I <br /> MASHPEE CABLE AND ADVANCED <br /> TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY BOARD <br /> e <br /> MINUTES of TUESDAYS JULY 1 , 2004 <br /> TOWN HALL#MIETING Roots 1 <br /> Present: Andrew Eliason,, chairman <br /> James Chisholm <br /> Lolita McCra <br /> In Attendance: Jinn Marr, Assistant to Town Manager <br /> Scott Halligan,Police Department <br /> David DeWeeehio, Director MlS—Mashpee <br /> Erie Smith, Assistant Town Planner <br /> Bill Shea, Consultant <br /> Ander Eliason, Chairman,called the meeting to order at 3:08 p.m. <br /> MCAT MIEMB RSEH <br /> Andy advised that Jim Marr and Joyce Mason discussed the matter of Jinn joining MCAT as a <br /> member and from explanations given it appears there is no conflict of interest in Jinn Marr becoming <br /> voting member of MC T. <br /> Motion: Jim Chisholm motioned that Jim Marr be voted in as a voting member of MCAT; <br /> Loiita McCray seconded this motion; and it was unanimously approved. <br /> Town Clerk is to be notified and Jiro is to be duly sworn in by the Town Clerk. <br /> Police Department <br /> Jing Marr and Scott Halligan advised that they had been in touch and discussed the project and it was <br /> noted that Motorola did not clearly specify heir warranty. Accordingly Joyce Mason referred the <br /> r <br /> matter to Town Counsel, Patrick Costello of Merrick, Louison&Costello. Attorney Costello is very <br /> hesitant about having Town sign off until Motorola defined what the warranty covers Attorney <br /> Costello will talk to Motorola directly. <br /> When asked about the monitors, Scott responded that the P.O. for the monitors still awaiting <br /> approval, .dim Marr said he will check on the status. <br />
