Board asked Jean Gifiber i to contact <br /> Joyce Mason and raise this question. <br /> Tony Mayo Requests <br /> Torn kayo requested MCAT Board to provide$2,575 to enable thea to complete development of the front-end <br /> scanning application by assl9mg.unique ID's to scanned documents. Tom explained that for this project a total of <br /> $9,500 was needed. MCAT already approved$5,000; $1,925 was re-allocated frons this company;leaving$2,575 <br /> needed to complete the project. <br /> Motion: James Chisholm motioned the Board recommend to the Board of Selectmen that we fund$2,575 a <br /> proposed by Tom Mayo to complete development of thefront-end scanning application by CDM; Louts <br /> McCray seconded the motion; and the vote was 3-I in favor of the motion, <br /> Vote; Janes Chishohn,Lolita McCray,and.James Moroney voted in favor of the motion, <br /> Andrew Eliason voted"no's,stating CDM charging too much. <br /> Tom Mayo then provided a price quote from DuraTab of$430 for a docking station needed for.Fire Department <br /> equipment.
