In the a.lternativif that is the direction we go in,but Joyce said she hopes it is not—then the belief is. <br /> Comcast should provide funding in order for the Town to provide for public access programming. Joyce <br /> recommended that the ° f Comcast's Gross annual.Revenues for annual PEG Access operational support be <br /> increased to %. Also,Joyce pointed out the need to upgrade the studio at Town Hall and also that school upgrades <br /> ate needed. <br />
