The reason Kevin Lynch called the meeting of the cable committees was because his Falmouth
Cable Committee thought they were given short notice to review the proposed license for Falmouth and he was
curious to Know where other communities stood in the process.'
'Andrew said it as then that he realized that he
was remiss because he didn't realize we were this close to the enol point.
Andrew liason said MCAT probably should have been making some recommendations regarding some of the
technical issues in the license. Andrew said he thought if we-run this by Joyce there are some items that might be
put before Peter Epstein. L.olita McCr y commented she thought that we ran things before Peter Epstein.
Joyce Mason stated that MCAT was Kept in the loop as meetings progressed and as an example she said the Public
Hearings in Mashpee when everything was supposedly entered into the record were conducted by MCAT;- here s
in Falmouth the Selectmen conducted their Public Hearings.
Andrew said he thought the Public Hearings were for the public comments and he didn't think MCAT was to
communicate thea. F
Joyce and the MCAT Board agreed that we are to move forward at this time
