Nov <br /> 6 <br /> meet i n q of the Mash p ee CLzE <br /> MINUTES <br /> CE <br /> o-o nmo Advisory Committee was a 11 <br /> Order in Town Hall by Judy Mills on Wednesday, Cctctber 4, 1'395. <br /> at 5: 00 p. m. . <br /> Members Present : Judy Mills, Tom Potts, Dennis Bal a i n i , George <br /> Costa, Spy o Mitiokostas, Buy f f Chace, Douglas Storrs, Margo Fenn, <br /> Robert Whritenour . <br /> Also Present : Tom Fudala* ex-officio member ; Wayne DUChemin, <br /> Economic Development Cc�csrdinator , <br /> Mrs. Mills opened the floor to norninations for Chairman. <br /> MOTION made by Mr. Costa and SEC-:0NDED by Mr . Bal�ar i n i <br /> to nominate Judy Mills as Chairman. <br /> There were no other nominations and Mrs. Mills closed the f l ocir <br /> o nominations, <br /> ions, <br /> The MOTION WAS SO VOTED with Mrs. Mille abstaining. <br /> The Committee discussed what the compositic-fn of the Committee <br /> hcru l d be. The Committee agreed it shoul dn' t be too i arae and <br /> suggested t hey add representatives o f all 4 sections in town, and <br /> perhaps a fifth member at large. It was felt with these <br /> additional members it WOUld defray the sense that some �::ind of � <br /> deal is being CUt in the backroofn, and also keep the integrity of <br /> the r 1::&up. It was noted that John Ferguson, Nick Demas and Marie <br /> Sc a l l ey expressed an interest t o serve. It was agreed to <br /> advertise for interested people and the Board of Selectmen will <br /> elect the new members at their meeting in order to have the <br /> people on board for the next Ccimm i t t ee meet i n g . <br /> It was agreed that the schedule for meetings would be once <br /> mont h, with meet i nc dates � �f ��t��tb er 25, November i 5. and <br /> December 13, with all meetings beginning at 5: 00 and ending at <br /> 6: 30 p . , <br /> The Committee e discuca ed the goal for the Committee,. Mr . Storrs <br /> w y <br /> said the goal is to see if there could b e a broad c r-in c eneus <br /> through a meeting of the minds as to what Fields Penintys vision <br /> of the land is and what ' s the to nys vision, and see if they' re <br /> .in opposite pciles or if they' r*e one in the same l rf Storrs said <br /> in corder" t c, accomplish this they WOUld have to see how much t h e <br /> pUbl is really under clod the 1'E3 plan, and to reeducate the <br /> Public to start to gamin a ccinsensUs On the broad issues.
