A scientific study of the liver is <br /> currently underway. His desire is to combine scientific and <br /> biological, information of the environment into this project. <br /> Unidentified Mashpee Resident : Expressed concern for <br /> potential crime related problems regarding pre-teens on the <br /> streets at night with access to the alleyways as shown in the <br /> presentation. She also expressed concern regarding the cost of <br /> educating school-age children. She asked the Developer, "What <br /> makes you think Mashpee needs this " She commented the project <br /> does not look like Cape Cod; that every square inch of land is <br /> being developed. <br /> Nor. Chase made reference to the cape Cod Commission and <br /> other regulatory authorities and their requirements. He <br /> commented on neighborhood security and proposed residents <br /> (children away at school, one-car) . He stated his belief traffic would be significantly <br /> less; indicated a preference for people who do not own a vehicle. <br /> Mrs . Hastings, Deer Crossing: Inquired as to specific <br /> impacts the proposed development would have on abutters in the <br /> Deer Crossing development. <br /> Mr. Chase offered to have the Deer Crossing development <br /> merge into the proposed road system. He further suggested an <br /> individual discussion take place between Mashpee Gammons/Deer <br /> Crossing residents, <br /> Ellen Dille a, Deer Crossing: Concerned with the difficulty <br /> of getting out onto Route 28 from Deer Crossing on a daily basis. <br /> Estimated three people out of the one hundred sixty-six units <br /> located in Deer Crossing wally to Mashpee Commons. She also <br /> inquired as to traffic lights and parking areas. she would be <br /> opposed to any merging of traffic through Deer Crossing. <br /> Mr. Chase pointed out the proposed request for a change of <br /> zoning from commercial to commercial mmi ed use.
