The church and civic uses have been built, <br /> the project will be built out from there. <br /> Joe Polito, Gunter Lane: The mixed use, if approved, will <br /> set a precedent . His concern is over-densification of the Town. <br /> Mr. Chace responded a mixed use is appropriate in village <br /> centers. <br /> Dark Larding, lashpeeGahead: Expressed a. concern for the <br /> amount of bedrooms/septic. with regard to the amount of <br /> residential and commercial noted on the plan, has an amount of <br /> effluent flow been determined. <br /> Mr. Chace agreed this could be accomplished, although the <br /> uses are not known at this point.
