Town mashpee <br /> Mashpee Commons Advisory Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> October 21, 1997 <br /> The Mashpee Commons Advisory Committee Meeting was called to <br /> order in Conference Room , Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck <br /> Road North, Ma tepee, Massachusetts, at 4 : 35 p.m. on Tuesday, <br /> October 21, 1997 . The Chairman, Peter Dins 1o, presided. <br /> Committee Members present: Peter Dini io, Selectman; <br /> Kenneth Marsters, Selectman; Robert Whritenour, Executive <br /> Secretary; Thomas F'udala, Town Planner. <br /> Absent : John ku hinski, Planning Board Member. <br /> Also present: Hobert Brais, Office of Thomas J. Martin; <br /> Arnold Chace and Douglas Storrs, Mashpee Cons Ltd. <br /> Partnership. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he addressed <br /> the issue of Minutes. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Selectman Dlnl io made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of the September 2 , 1997 Meeting, as revised; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Selectman Marsters and so voted. <br /> Voting in Favor: Selectman Dini io, Selectman Marsters, and <br /> Robert whritenour.. Abstaining from the Vote: Thomas F'udala. <br /> MOTION: Selectman Marstes made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of the September 24, 1997 Public Hearing, as submitted; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Robert whritenour and so voted. <br /> voting in Favor: Selectman Dinizio, Selectman M a tern, and <br /> Robert whritenour. Abstaining from the Vote: Thomas F'udala. <br /> Public Cor hent <br /> The following is a chronological list of speakers having <br /> been duly recognized by the Chairman: NOTE: The testimony of <br /> Mr. Arthur Weinstein and that of Dr~. and Mrs . Ann Hastings is <br /> verbatim. <br /> Arthur Weinstein, Chairman of Trustees, Deer Crossing: "I <br /> only wanted to make the Comment that there may be several, people <br /> Dere from Deer Crossing. And, I just wanted to point out <br /> that. . . that no one has any authority, at this point, to make any <br /> comments on behalf of Deer Crossing. Anything that they might <br /> say or might conunent on is strictly as a private citizen, o <br /> perhaps as a resident of Deer Crossing, but they are not speaking <br /> for Deer Crossing. " <br />
