i I Town of Mashpee Mashpee Commons Advisory Committee Minutes of Meeting December ber 1 , 1997 i The mashpee Commons Advisory Conunittee Meeting was called to order~ in Conference loom 1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts, at 4 : 38 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 1997 . The Chairman, Peter Dini io, presided. Committee Members present : Peter I ini io, ele tmari Robert whritenour, Executive Secretary; Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; and John Khinski, Planning Board member p.m. ) i Absent : Kenneth Marsters, Selectman. Also present: Robert Brais, Consultant-Office of Thomas J. Martin;in; Arnold Chace and Douglas Storrs, Mashpee Commons Ltd. Partnership. Approval of Minutes The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the meeting to order. As the first order of business he addressed the ratter of Minutes and entertained a motion for approval . 1OTION r. whritenour made a Lotion to approve Minutes of the November 25, 1997 Meeting; which motion was duly seconded by Mr. Fud.al , Amendments to said Minutes having been requested by both Nor. Storrs (page 3, clarification of a speaker) ; and Mr. Brais minor technical edits as they relate to the demographic information) . VOTE: Said Motion, to include amendments to Minutes, was thereupon voted unanimously. Committee Items Selectman Diniio deferred to lir. whritenour for the purpose of presenting a bill received from the office of Thomas J. Martini in the amount of Four Thousand one Hundred Twenty-Five ($4, 125 . oo) Dollars . Tr. Brais further clarified said bill reflected, in large part, services rendered in connection with the Market study as well as customary services . Selectman Dini io entertained a motion whereby the Committee would approve submission of said statement to the mashpee Board of Selectmen.
