Storrs agreed. <br /> Mr. Storrs made reference to the Water District Master Plan <br /> and agreed that water is an issue for further study. Where was <br /> some general discussion regarding water supply and emergency <br /> systems. ) <br /> Mr. Baker expressed concern for actual hydraulics of the <br /> water supply system. He suggested a hydraulic study of the <br /> .impact be made. He emphasized he was not stating there is a <br /> problem in this area, but rather suggesting this to be an area <br /> for evaluation. <br /> Selectman Marsters agreed this is a significant concern and <br /> something that will be addressed. <br /> Mr. Baker also stated his difficulty in understanding what <br /> exactly is being referred to, such as an end result, what is <br /> proposed to be added to what is currently allowed. He Mated <br /> it is difficult to evaluate the true impacts. <br /> Selectman Marsters did agree that if the project is going to <br /> be phased, with some incremental analysis having been done, could <br /> the Job' s Fishing andWhiting' s Road areas be included to <br /> determine the difference between existing and proposed. <br /> Mr. Storrs referred to Trout Pond and clarified the <br /> Performing Arts Center is completely independent from what i <br /> under discussion. Mr. Chace further clarified the area to be <br /> commercial and that it is being deleted from the proposal for <br /> any zoning change. <br /> 5 <br /> In which case the Town Planner agreed it would have t <br /> factor into the impact studies as either background or part o <br /> the project . <br /> By way of review, Mr. Chace stated a design process relating <br /> to wash water will be presented at the next meeting. Mr. Storrs <br /> will provide Average Daily Traffic (ADT) information relating to <br /> existing commercial and proposed uses, which is an indication o <br /> one-third l less cars per day for the Job' s Fishing load <br /> neighborhood. <br /> Mr. Brais suggested examining AD'S' for all three <br /> neighborhoods, not just Job t s Fishing. He made reference to the <br /> proposed addition of fifty units on Fast Steeple Street, and <br /> suggested the Town should be provided the opportunity to Griew the <br /> -6- <br />
