The Chairman, Kenneth Marsters, presided. <br /> Committee Members present: Kenneth Marsters, Selectman; <br /> Robert whrltenour, Executive secretary; F. Thomas Fudala, Town <br /> Planner; John uchins] i, Planning Board Member : 5 p.m. ; <br /> Antoinette Brooks; John Ferguson; and Robert Lynch. <br /> Absent: sally Bold; Stephen Brocato and Melbourne Cragwell . <br /> Also present-, Robert Arai s, Consultant-Office of Thomas J. <br /> Martin; and Douglas Storrs, Mashpee Commons Ltd. Partnership. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. Agendas for the Meeting were distributed, at <br /> which point the Chairman deferred to Douglas Storrs. <br /> Unit Profiles <br /> Job# s Fishing load - whitingS Road <br /> Mr. Storrs rade reference to "Job' s Fishing Road - Whitings. <br /> Road unit Analysis . ff Job' s Fishing Road-Apartments-9 Studios, 45 <br /> One Bedroom, 27 Two Bedroom, 9 Three Bedroom, there are no <br /> Bedroom) for a total of Ninety 90 Apartment Units. A Duplex <br /> unit is defined as two units attached on their own lotS-4 Two <br /> Bedroom Units and 8 Three Bedroom Units and so forth, for a total <br /> of one Hundred Twenty-Four (12 4) Units. <br /> Whitings Road-9 Two Bedroom single Family Residence (SFR) , <br /> 51 Three Bedroom SFR, 25 Four Bedroom SFR, for a total of Eighty- <br /> Five subtotal of Two Hundred Nine 09 Units, less the <br /> approximately Twenty-Five Units currently allowed Under existing <br /> zoning, for an approximate total of one Hundred Eighty-Four (1 84) <br /> new residential units in the two neighborhoods combined. <br /> Selectman Marsters asked if there would be much fluctuation <br /> in these "best guess" numbers. 1r. Storrs stated there would not <br /> be a lot of fluctuation, as the intention of Mashpee Commons Ltd. <br /> Partnership is to operate under the OSID Bylaw, which creates <br /> either restricted (2 .2 Bedrooms) or unrestricted (single family <br /> residence) . Also, the Special Permit will mandate the breakdown. <br /> Jobs Fishing Road Land Use Plan <br /> Mr. Storrs made reference to "Job' s Fishing load <br /> Neighborhood Map. " He stated this area would be predominantly <br />
