The residential area, along Benefit Street, would <br /> be predominantly single-family, duplexes, row hones, etc. He <br /> then indicated the area towards whitings Road as being <br /> predominantly the apartment building area. <br /> An open space area along both sides of Route 28 has been <br /> provided for. A park area and proposed area for a civic building <br /> have been set aside, as well as ars open space area against the <br /> Deer Crossing area, with another small parr located near the <br /> senior housing complex. <br /> I <br /> Selectman Marsters inquired as to the width of open space <br /> abutting Route 28 - to which Mr. Storrs replied, seventy-five <br /> feet. with reference to the residences located on Benefit <br /> Street, Mr. Storrs explained the houses would front on the street <br /> with garages toward the back. <br /> Mr. Storrs made reference to the location of alleyways and <br /> stated they would be eleven 1.1) feet wide. <br /> Mr. Thritenou' r inquired if any consideration had been given <br /> to the inclusion of a play ground/tot lot in the open areas for <br /> the children. Mr. Storrs responded, "absolutely, " and indicated <br /> the location of a three acre park on the map which would provide <br /> ample room for a playground area, as well as two other smaller <br /> appropriate areas . <br /> Mr. Storrs responded to a question asked by Mr. Baker, <br /> stating a typical street would consist of a twelve 12 foot <br /> travel lame, and an eight foot parallel parking lame, forty <br /> 0 feet curb to curb. <br /> Differential Analysis for Job' s Fishing Road, <br /> whitings road and Fast steeple Street <br /> Traffic and wastewater Differential for Each Neighborhood <br /> Mr. Storrs clarified Trout Pond has been eliminated from the <br /> proposal at this time. . The Performing Arts Center~ is located <br /> within the Trout Pond area, but is not being brought forward by <br /> Mashpee commons Ltd. Partnership. Mr. Storrs made reference to a <br /> Map indicating the previously permitted areas, Job' s Fishing <br /> Road, whitings Read, park and green space areas.. Be mentioned <br /> East steeple Street and thoughts regarding the remainder of North <br /> Market Street. He also provided a more detailed map of Whitings <br /> Road. <br /> Mr. Storrs also provided, "Residential Neighborhood., Mashpee <br /> Commons, Mashpee, MAII in response to an earlier request by Mr. <br /> Ferguson. He made reference to a traditional.
