June 4. 1996, as requested by Mr. <br /> Baker. <br /> I <br /> Selectman Marsters requested a meeting date be set, as well <br /> as an Agenda for the next meeting. <br /> Mr. Storrs stated the proposed Agenda would include <br /> discussion of the OSID process; and discussion of areas o <br /> concern for Mashpee Commons and proposed changes to the OSID <br /> Bylaw. <br /> Due to his heavy work load in connection with the Local <br /> Comprehensive Plan, the Town Planner requested that any type of <br /> large project he is expected to provide be postponed until after <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> Ir. Storrs responded that l ashpee Commons would take the <br /> responsibility of presenting/explaining the Bylaw and suggested <br /> the next Meetin.g ba scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 1998, at <br /> 4: 30 p.m. <br /> Selectman Marsters suggested any Sewer Con .fission Reports be <br /> included in future Agendas. <br /> Mr. whr i t enour suggested Mr. Baker submit comments, <br /> especially on the technical materials, in writing so that they <br /> can be incorporated into the Record and subsequently he <br /> addressed. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Committee matters to address at this <br /> point of the meeting, selectman Hamsters entertained a motion to <br /> adjourn. <br /> MOTION: Robert Lynch made a Motion t o adjourn the Meeting; <br /> which motion was seconded by Thomas Fudala and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> -7- <br />
