presence at committee meetings was approximately Nine Hundred <br /> ($900 . 00) Dollars per Meeting. <br /> Selectman Marsters agreed the Committee should develop a <br /> scope of services, with the assistance of the Office of Thomas J. <br /> Martin, at which point the Committee could seep the services of <br /> an expert, agree to a fee, and then request the funding from <br /> MCLP.
