He suggested working singularly with each <br /> agency and then propose the changes to the public, rather than <br /> asking them to digest so much information and male such an <br /> overwhelming decision, <br /> Selectman Hamsters stated his opinion to be that the mission <br /> of this Committee has changed, as epressed .by the public at Town <br /> Meeting. He further stated support/approval would carry more <br /> weight coming from a regulatory agency than from the Mashpee <br /> Commons .Advisory Committee. <br /> Mr. Fudala noted the Planning Board would not see this <br /> project until the Cape Cod Commission and the state are finished <br /> with it. He suggested the studies which have been requested from <br /> the public be provided as soon as possible, and that this <br /> Committee remain responsible for the review of the fiscal issues . <br /> He also suggested a definite proposal be presented regarding the <br /> issue of wastewater. <br /> Mr. Whritenour pointed out the fact that a Town wide sewer <br /> system that would accommodate some of the larger projects in the <br /> ashpee Commons area could take a very long time to complete. <br /> 'r.
