Discussion-Fiscal Impact study <br /> mr.. Storrs reported that all of the base information and <br /> results of extensive interviews with various Town Departments <br /> have been compiled and forwarded to Ti.shler Associates. Partnership (MCLP) <br /> appear before the Planning Board for the purpose of discussing, <br /> the Commercial enter OSID Bylaw amendments being discussed by <br /> this Committee. Mr. Storrs informed- the Q m mittee MCLP has been - <br /> scheduled on the July 1, 1998 Planning Board agenda for this <br /> purpose. <br /> N±. Storrs stated he felt it would be beneficial to th <br /> process if there were representatives of this Committee in <br /> attendance at said July lst Meeting as well . He reminded, the <br /> Committee that one of the goals . f the .Bylaw am ndment s is to <br /> improve development throughout the Town of mashpee, not purely <br /> to benefit Mashpee Commons. Be further stated hi.s- opinion that <br /> if this were more widely understood, perhaps the voters would be <br /> more receptive. <br /> Chance Reichel agreed, commenting there was no one from this <br /> Committee/MCLP in at tendon e at the April 22, _ 1998 Bl arming Board <br /> Meeting to present that perspective. It was noted that the Town <br /> Planner had been present and had spoken on behalf of the <br /> Committee. Mr. Reichel commetted that pethapp it would have made <br /> a greater impact had someone else from the. Committee/MCLP been <br /> an attendance as well in order to offer their support. Mr.. <br /> Reicher further agreed that attending Planning Board Meetings on <br /> a monthly/bimonthly basi.s would be h 1pful . <br /> Mr. Storrs suggested the next meeting of this Committee <br /> should occur after the July 1st Planning Board meeting, and <br /> i�ugge ted date of. Tuesday, l:� 7, 1998 . He also made <br /> reference to the importance of the Town Planner' s i nvol cement in <br /> discussions in this regard. - - <br />
