Changes. made as a result of discussion <br /> at the Planning Board Meeting are underlined and typed in heavy <br /> print. <br /> Page 3 (Ij-) - ,IThe Planning Board shall rexi 'e that schedule <br /> of architectural# signage and/or landscaping controls be <br /> adopted. . . 1 <br /> 5 <br /> Page 3 (I) -Language allowing lot owners to legally tie into <br /> the sewer treatment plant,, rf . . .and to which all such proposed <br /> lots may be legally connected after sale to multi-ple individuakl <br /> owners. " And, " . . .with capacity specifically allocated to said <br /> Mr. Fudala offered copies of the full Commercial Center <br /> Bylaw marked-up with all of the changes vs. the current existing <br /> C nunercial Center Bylaw available to anyone who might be <br /> interested. <br /> At this point, Selectman Leveille rade reference to the <br /> concerns expressed by the public regarding a presentation of the <br /> entire proposal and wastewater treatment issues be made by MCLP. <br /> He questioned Mr. Storrs as to whether or not he felt the public <br /> perception would change between now and October. <br /> M '. whritenour interjected bef to Mr. Storrs completed his <br /> thought, by saying the- same discussions had taken pa. e at the <br /> previous Meeting and that Nor. -Storrs , responses -had not changed. <br /> Mr. whrtenour expressed his hope, that Mr. -Storrs would have <br /> understood that although people' s perceptions may not be <br /> completely correct, that they will continue to base their <br /> decision on the entire overall pa ,age, and specifIc elements of <br /> concern. Mr. whritenour was' under the impression those specific <br /> concerns were. to have been addressed at this Meeting. <br /> Mr. Storrs noted the regulatory process has begun, the <br /> Mashpee Commons; p of ect will qo forward through the regulatory <br /> process and is permissible under existing zoning. The proposed <br /> zoning amendments, if -approved, would improv6 the Mashpee Commons <br /> and every otherProi <br /> ect constructed under the amended zoning <br /> bylaw. He stated that the Mashpee Commons project as. planned, <br /> compared to existing zoning, produces fewer cars, less milligrams <br /> of nitrate, and has a positive fiscal impact . <br /> Selectman Leveille stated he had been present at the May <br /> Town Meeting and that it is his opinion that the Article was <br /> defeated because "They had absolutely no comprehension as to what <br /> we were tallying about,, . He also stated that he feels "nothing <br /> has -changed <br /> Mr. Chace asked the Committee to rile suggestions that might <br /> -8- <br />
