The Chairman, Kenneth Ma 'strS, presided.- <br /> Committee Members resent: Selectman Kenneth Marste s, <br /> Chaira an Robert Whritenour, Executive Secretary: F. Thomas <br /> Fudala, Town Planner, Sally Bold; and Robert Lynch: <br /> Absent: Selectman David Leveille; John Kuchinski, Planning <br /> Board member; Chance Re,iche-1, Planning Board Member; Antoinette <br /> Brooks; Melbourne Crawel l; and John Ferguson. <br /> Also present : Arnold Chace and Douglas Storrs, Mashpee <br /> commons It.d. Partnership MLP . <br /> The Chairmaft declared a .q'uor•um. to be present and called the _. <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business, he addressed <br /> the matter of Minutes. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Robert ThrFitenur• made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of the July 9, 1998 Meeting, as Submitted; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Thomas Fudala. <br /> Voting in favor: Robert Whritenour, Thomas Fudala, Sally <br /> Bolsi, and Robert Lynch. <br /> Abstaining from the Vote: Selectman Kenneth Marster , as he <br /> was not present at the July 9, 1998 Meeting. <br /> The Chairman deferred to Mr. Storrs, whb noted a Public <br /> MeetiAg has been scheduled at the M.a h ee High School, Auditorium. <br /> Mr. whritenour• made reference to Memo dat d August 11, 1998, <br /> from Gus Frederick, Director of the Leisure Service Depar=tment: <br /> n Please be advised that the request for use of the Auditorium at <br /> the High School for a Public Meeting has been scheduled for <br /> Thursday, .August 27, 1998, 7 : 00 P. . t : o P.M. " Said memo <br /> also contained information regarding charges in connection with <br /> the event. <br /> Mr. Storrs continued by stating the presentation, in part, <br /> is to be visual (slides) . He expressed some concern with the <br /> fact that the Committee/MCLP will be sitting on the .stage. The <br /> process would be such that the Committee would introduce and <br /> provide a brief presentation on the urose of the Committee, the <br /> roce ss �t has undergone, and the current status of the Committee <br /> (5-10 minutes) .
