Vanesse and <br /> Associates, the Traffic Study (10 minutes) . with a 5-minute <br /> wrap p. <br /> Mr.- Storrs suggested the Public Meeting be limited to a. <br /> maximum of two 2 hours . If the time allotted for the <br /> ,presentations iS limited to one 1 hour-, it -would allow for <br /> i <br /> 45-50 minutes for q- estions. <br /> mr.. Fudala .inquired about a Fiscal Impa t presentation, to <br /> which Mr. Storrs responded that Jeff Bronow currentlyhas a <br /> on. li -t with the Augu8t 7th' date. Mr. storrs . stated the matter <br /> of fiscal impacts would be addressed by MLP in the first portion <br /> of the Meeting, along with hand-outrmaterials, an education <br /> brochure. + Mr. Storrs further stated he feels it is important for <br /> people to be allowed to read through materials at their leisure, <br /> in their own homes . Said hand-out material is to include <br /> background in orr ation,. an executive sum ry report with <br /> reference to traffic, fiscal, and wastewater components. <br /> Mr. Storrs rernir ded the Committea of an earlier .discussion. <br /> as to whether or not ask Jerry Carter to moderate the question <br /> and answer process. He 'started he felt that doing so would be <br /> very helpful in raving the process along. <br /> Mr. Storrs stated he was unsure as to how best incorporate <br /> the roles of Town Planner and Planning Board, as to, those <br /> questions reforring to the zoning articles. He asked for input <br /> from the committee in his regard. Mr. Storrs reiterated it <br /> would, be ideal to attend Town Meeting with Selectmen, Planning <br /> Board, Town Planner and Committee endorsement of the zoning <br /> articles/broader proposal for the Master Plan. <br /> i <br /> It was agreed the Articles ars o.an explanation ion thereof, <br /> prepared by the Town Planner, should be included in the hand-out <br /> materials. Mr. Fudala noted the Planning Goad Public Hearing in <br /> y <br /> this ratter is scheduled for the following da , August 19, 1998. <br /> Mr. whritenour stated he feels some portion of the agenda <br /> should be reserved for an overview f what is expected at Town, <br /> Meeting. He suggested somebody present a brief rundown of the <br /> fact there are a number of Articles -to be presented at Town <br /> Meeting. It was agreed the Town Planne-r would be the appropriate <br /> person to make this-presentation at the outset of the Public <br /> meeting.
